OPSM is seeking to add 2 experienced collegiate recruitment advisors to join our fast growing College Management team. Our College Management Service is one of the biggest college recruitment services in North America. We are seeking advisors who look to go above and beyond to assist our athletes. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in soccer and post-secondary pathways to guide student-athletes through the college recruitment process. This role is responsible for advising players and families, managing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with college coaches across North America and internationally. The ideal candidate is passionate about athlete development, understands the collegiate soccer landscape, detail oriented, and is highly organized, communicative, and player-centered.
