With a shared commitment to player development and holistic growth, this partnership will provide Cap City Athletic athletes with unprecedented access to OPSM’s collegiate recruitment expertise, ensuring they are prepared to succeed both on and off the field.
Cap City Athletic 1847 places the highest value on individual player development, offering a variety of age-appropriate programs to build technical confidence, game understanding, and physical growth. With over 550 competitive level players across 42 teams, and a player pathway from Mini Kickers to competitive travel teams, Cap City Athletic 1847 has become a cornerstone of youth soccer in Michigan.
OPSM, North America’s most successful collegiate recruitment organization, with a 95% college placement rate, will work closely with Cap City Athletic 1847’s players and families. Through personalized advising, workshops, and exclusive scouting events, the collaboration will provide players with the tools and resources they need to navigate the competitive collegiate recruitment process.

Cap City Athletic players will also have the chance to showcase their talent at exclusive OPSM scouting events, gaining exposure to collegiate coaches and professional scouts.
